Terms of Use

AnklePath • Last updated: 28 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AnklePath mobile application ("AnklePath", "the app"). By downloading or using AnklePath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Not medical advice

AnklePath provides educational content and general recovery guidance for ankle injuries. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your specific condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or saw in the app. If you have severe pain, cannot bear weight, notice deformity, numbness, signs of infection, calf pain, or shortness of breath, seek medical care promptly. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

2. Assumption of risk

Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for performing exercises within your own pain-free, safe limits and for stopping if you experience sharp pain, swelling, instability, or other warning signs. By using AnklePath you accept this responsibility and assume the associated risks.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be the minimum age required in your country to use AnklePath. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AnklePath for your own recovery. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms or app-store rules.

5. Subscriptions and payments

AnklePath is free to start. Some features may be offered through optional paid subscriptions in the future. If you purchase a subscription, it is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your app-store account settings. Prices and offers are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

AnklePath and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party educational sources and exercise videos remain the property of their respective owners and are linked or attributed where used.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AnklePath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or harm arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

8. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
