These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AnklePath mobile application ("AnklePath", "the app"). By downloading or using AnklePath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
AnklePath provides educational content and general recovery guidance for ankle injuries. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your specific condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or saw in the app. If you have severe pain, cannot bear weight, notice deformity, numbness, signs of infection, calf pain, or shortness of breath, seek medical care promptly. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for performing exercises within your own pain-free, safe limits and for stopping if you experience sharp pain, swelling, instability, or other warning signs. By using AnklePath you accept this responsibility and assume the associated risks.
You must be the minimum age required in your country to use AnklePath. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AnklePath for your own recovery. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms or app-store rules.
AnklePath is free to start. Premium features are offered as an optional paid subscription.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise it, send a clear statement to 24.stom.wasswatimothy@gmail.com, or use the refund process of the app store you purchased through — Apple and Google are the sellers of record and handle withdrawal and refunds on our behalf.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal: for digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance, provided you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give that consent when you confirm the purchase and the premium features unlock straight away.
